At GST Excel Mastery, we are committed to providing prompt and effective support for all our customers.
1. License and Update Policy
This utility is purchased as a **One-Time Purchase**.
- **Free Updates:** **1 Year of Free Updates and Technical Support** is included from the date of purchase.
- **Renewal:** After 1 year, an **Annual Renewal Fee** may apply to continue receiving ongoing updates and dedicated support, which will be communicated to you via email.
- **License:** This license is valid for use on **one PC/Laptop** only.
2. Scope of Support
Your purchase includes the following services:
- Assistance with software installation, activation, and guidance on using the utility's features.
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting issues.
- **Limited Reporting Guidance on GST Returns:** Assistance with general confusion regarding GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, or GSTR-9 data reporting methodology (what data goes where).
3. Exclusions and Limitations
The following are **not included** in your support package:
- Legal advice, representation before GST authorities, or the filing of returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9) on the customer's behalf. Our support is strictly limited to guidance on reporting methodology.
- Customization requests beyond the standard features of the utility.
- Training in Excel unrelated to the product.
- Refunds are not available for digital products. However, we guarantee **file replacement** if the downloaded file is corrupted.
4. Response Time and Channels
- We aim to respond within **24–48 working hours**. Complex issues may require more time for resolution.
